About Us...

Who We Are...
At Gaston Street Eats Co., we’re a family-owned and operated food truck and catering company based in Kennesaw, Georgia, proudly serving the Atlanta area and beyond. We’re a small but mighty team with a big love for people, hospitality, and great food—served hot, fast, and full of heart.
At the center of it all is our family. We, Eric and Laura Ann Hart, started this journey together more than a decade ago when we opened our first fast-casual restaurant in Kennesaw. That leap of faith grew into two food trucks—Gaston Street Eats and The Cheezy Truck—and a full-service catering division.
And yes, this is truly a family affair. Our son, Jeffrey Hart, brings over 12 years of restaurant and food truck experience to the table. Today, he manages daily food truck operations and helps keep everything running smoothly from prep to service.
Our Journey...
When the pandemic shifted the restaurant industry, we made a bold decision. Instead of walking away, we leaned into what we love most: feeding people from a food truck window and creating memorable experiences along the way.
In January 2022, we transformed our former restaurant space into a full-service catering kitchen, giving us room to grow our menu, expand our services, and support events of all sizes.
When we designed our food trucks, we made it our mission to be inclusive.
We designed our menus so that everyone can eat off our trucks—no matter their dietary needs or preferences. From customizable options to allergen-conscious offerings, we believe everyone deserves to enjoy the food truck experience.
In 2024, we proudly served over 60,000 people and successfully catered more than 425 private and public events. Every single one of them matters to us, and we’re honored to be part of so many celebrations, milestones, and everyday moments.
