Grannie knows the secret to a life well lived! Fried mac & cheese balls (crunchy on the outside & creamy center), topped with
smoked pulled pork, battered fried crispy onions & bbq drizzle


The Coastal
Enjoy the flavors of summer with our deconstructed
shrimp boil! Grilled shrimp, roasted corn, andouille sausage,
baby red potatoes & fresh sliced lemons tossed in our "Gaston Street" seasoning mix and served with our original grit cakes. Topped off with our "Old Bay" Mayo

Lightly breaded & fried fish filets topped with our Cajun
cream sauce, sunshine sweet corn, sauteed onions &
green bell peppers cooked to perfection and served

Our fusion style jambalaya has no rice but loaded with
roasted chicken breast, smoked andouille sausage, and
crawfish tails simmered with green bell peppers,
onions, garlic, celery, and a touch of southern
seasonings served with our traditional grit cakes


Chicken & Waffle Sliders
Fluffy waffles stuffed with crunchy fried chicken tenders
with a dash of "Pete's hot sauce", peach compote, and
drizzled with Vermont maple syrup, and topped
with toasted pecans
