Entrees

1. The Happy Accident: What happens when you marry two southern cuisines into one, you get the Happy Accident! We start with our famous fried mac & cheese balls and add our slow simmered sweet & savory New Orleans bourbon chicken and top with fresh scallions! One of a kind and oh so yummy! 

 

2. The “Boujee” Picnic: Taking our back yard southern picnics to the next level! Smoked pulled brisket, sassy slaw with a drizzle of BBQ sauce. Stacked tall on our fried gouda grit cakes 

 

3. The Coastal: Enjoy the flavors of summer with our deconstructed shrimp boil! Grilled shrimp, roasted corn, andouille sausage, baby red potatoes & fresh sliced lemons tossed in our "Gaston Street" seasoning mix and served with our fried original grit cakes. Topped off with our "Old Bay" Mayo 

 

4. The Bayou Catch: Lightly breaded catfish, chicken or fried shrimp crowned with our signature take on Maque Choux—a classic Cajun medley of sweet summer corn, diced green and red bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions, all gently simmered in a rich, house-made cream sauce. For those who like a little heat, we will add a dash of hot sauce for an irresistible kick

 

5. Grannie's Hang-over Cure: Grannie knows the secret to a life well lived! Fried mac & cheese balls (crunchy on the outside & creamy center), topped with smoked pulled pork, battered fried crispy onions & BBQ drizzle

 

6. Cool Chick on a Hot Day: Roasted & diced chicken breast, red grapes, celery, tarragon, mayo, special spices, touch of diced red onions, roasted pecans, and balsamic vinegar tossed together to create our southern “mama approved” chicken salad. Served on a crispy romaine leaf with an optional French bread bun

 

7.  Cobblestone Street Jambalaya: A bold Louisiana classic featuring tender chicken, gulf shrimp, and smoked sausage simmered in a rich, Creole-spiced jambalaya sauce with peppers and onions. Served alongside crispy, golden fried grit cakes for a Southern twist that adds texture, comfort, and deep flavor in every bite

 

8. Chicken & Waffle Sliders (2): Fluffy waffles stuffed with crunchy fried chicken tenders with a dash of "hot sauce", peach compote and drizzled with Vermont maple syrup, and topped with toasted pecans  

 

9. Brisket & Soul: Our tender, slow-smoked brisket takes center stage, served over house-made fried gouda grit cakes and finished with slow-simmered collard greens. An optional BBQ drizzle adds a final layer of bold Southern flavor to this rich, comforting favorite

10. Gaston Street Po Boy: We take a fresh toasted French bread bun and load it up with fried gulf shrimp or catfish, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and top with a drizzle of remoulade sauce

 

11. The Garden Patch Salad: Fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, red onions, mushrooms, green bell peppers, romaine, spring mix with choice of balsamic or ranch dressing  (Gluten free/ vegan/ vegetarian/ pescatarian)

Southern Sides

1. Mac & Cheese Balls (2): Creamy homemade shell mac & cheese dipped in our "secret family recipe batter" and fried to a golden brown, topped with crispy onions, bacon and drizzled with bbq sauce (Vegetarian without the protein)

2. Columbus Collard Greens: We slow-simmer our smoked collards with turkey and dark ale to create a flavor profile that is smoky, robust, and deeply satisfying

3. Taters: Skin on fries

4.  Fried Green Tomatoes:  3 lightly battered green tomatoes fried to a golden brown and served with a remoulade dipping sauce

   

5.  Balsamic & Honey Roasted Brussel Sprouts: Caramelized Brussels sprouts roasted with honey and finished with a rich balsamic glaze, creating a sweet, tangy, and savory finish

6.  Creamy Shell Mac & Cheese: Perfectly cooked shell pasta coated in a velvety, house-made cheese sauce that’s rich, smooth, and irresistibly creamy

7.  Black-eyed pea salad: Chilled black-eyed peas tossed with diced tomato, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, green onions, and fresh parsley, lightly dressed in rice wine vinegar and oil with a touch of sweetness and seasoning for a bright, refreshing bite

8.  Gaston Cucumber & Tomato Salad: Fresh cucumbers and ripe tomatoes tossed in a light vinaigrette with a touch of seasoning for a crisp, refreshing finish

9.   Sweet Potato Waffle Fries with a cinnamon mascarpone dipping sauce

10. Cornbread Mini Muffins: Our corn muffins are baked fresh using a best-ever, passed-down recipe — lightly sweet, buttery, and finished with a soft, tender crumb

11. Cajun Coleslaw: Fresh cabbage and carrots tossed in a zesty Creole dressing, lightly spiced and finished with a bright, tangy bite. A crisp, refreshing side that pairs perfectly with our Cajun dishes
