Gaston Street Eats Food Truck was born out of our love for food, especially southern comfort cuisine that makes you feel all warm and loved inside.  As a little girl I have fond memories of helping my mom cook dinner for the family. Laughter and joy, embraced our family as we sat down to share a meal together. Over the years, I became passionate about southern cuisine and was completely obsessed with my search for the best “secret” family recipes I could find.  During our 30 years of marriage my hubby & I would take a weekend off here and there to getaway to Savannah and stay at one of our favorite 

B & B's on Gaston Street. The only goal we had on these trips was to eat at as many southern comfort restaurants as we could find (we didn't want to miss any new flavors or dishes that were being introduced). When we decided to build a 2nd food truck there was no question that it had to be a southern comfort truck. Gaston Street Eats Food Truck is our version of "gritty" southern Eats!
